Increase the character limit inside the details field of any Medical History Band

Some option to increase the limit would be nice. For example, we use a history band called "Symptoms" the names of which populate the drop down list. A textual description is put in the details section, but is often cut short, or we are forced to use abbreviations - especially as the text tends to grow with follow up visits (e.g. adding a symptomatic therapy that failed).
