Sign-off and Sign completed charting

Currently, Accuro does not have the ability to show completion of an encounter note. In terms of auditing by the college, they cannot tell if the physician signed the note for completion. There is no ability to physically sign the note like there is in the form editor and as there is with other EHR programs.   There also is not an ability to tell if the note is completed at the end of the day.   In our busy practices it is easy to miss the completion of one note to its full effect as we move on from one patient to the next.    For those of us who chart as we go, if we get caught up in an emergency situation or re-directed by one of our staff during the completion of an encounter, there is no ability to track an incomplete note.  Accuro also allows Physicians to go back after they have completed it and change their note months after it was originally opened.
