Set schedule to automatically remove any suggested templates when a provider is removed from the schedule.

When you remove a provider which was previously scheduled and had an applied template.  The suggested template will automatically hide in the background and not remove when the physician is removed from the scheduler.

We go to the calendar icon and right click on the date to add/remove a provider in the scheduler.  Once the provider has been removed, that template stays applied, therefore showing the provider is available in medeo booking.

As mentioned in the comment above, right-clicking and choosing to "remove" a provider from your schedule only removes them from the current view. The proper way to remove a provider's availability is to either remove the template altogether or apply a new template that indicates they are unavailable.

If you do need to remove a provider from your office that no longer works there, you will need to send in a Remove Provider Form, accessed from the Accuro Menu > Help > Accuro EMR Registry.

Please contact us at 1-866-729-8889 if you need assistance with removing provider availability through templates or removing providers from your office.

Just to be clear, the process you are describing is meant to simply hide the provider from your view.  You aren't actually "removing" the provider.  I suggest you call client services to have them walk you through actually removing a provider from your office.
