increase viewing area for generated letters - fill screen

Many of our doctors work from laptops which have smaller screens.  As a result, when they are viewing a generated letter the letter is quite small because it appears as a page surrounded by blue screen.  It would be very beneficial for them to have the letter fill the entire screen and not have the blue area around the letter.

    All documents appear small...need like Microsoft Word bottom right corner. Build page toggle ....
