Letter Generation: better quality text in saved PDFs

PROBLEM: Text in reprinted letters is blurred. When you generate a letter in Accuro, a copy is saved as a PDF in the chart. However, the text of the letter is saved as a medium resolution image in the PDF. As a result, reprinted letters are always a bit blurred, and can be quite hard to read at normal text sizes (e.g. 10-12 points) in the preview window. PROPOSED SOLUTION If it is not possible to use embedded fonts in the saved PDF (preferable, at it would create PDFs of smallest size), can a configuration option be added that would allow users to adjust the resolution at which the text is converted to image (by clinic, office, or by doctor), eg. to 600 dpi or "High Quality" instead of current default value? This way, clinics that reprint often could have better copies, while those that don't could save disk-space/bandwidth etc.
