Enable a user configurable feature to alert users when faxes fail. Merged

The fax manager tracks faxes for all users and for clinics with multiple users although you can filter for cancelled faxes, it is time consuming to search through multiple records to identify failed faxes that a specific user sent. User may also forget to check that a fax sent was successful or not. Having an alert feature where users will be alerted when the faxes fail ,will help users to be more proactive and very useful for teams that process multiple referrals for patient follow-ups..
