return to sender option for faxes

When we get a fax that needs to be annotated and returned, it would be helpful for the incoming fax number to be automatically added/selected when choose to fax.  For example, if a pharmacy sends a fax and we annotate it and select fax, we then need to search for the fax number of the sender.  With a return to sender option, the sender's fax would automatically be selected, saving an extra step in the process.
