Add Tasks to Medical History Bands, and link to Tasks

I added Tasks to the bands but it doesn't link to the actual Tasks. I know you just hit F7 and click show completed messages, etc but when the doc is working in Encounter Notes, he just likes to look at the history bands.

    If you have "tracking" turned on (bottom left corner on the Encounter Notes screen, you can display "All Tasks"
