Custom Labels can be created where you can choose to add all phone numbers, email, etc. From the Accuro Menu > File > Label Wizard.
Also, for Lab Reqs and letters, these can be modified in the Form Editor and Template Wizard respectively. Where you can also add any demographic details that are recorded in the patient section.
