I would like to be able add the doctor's name into the Patient field while in DOCUMENTS mode. We have multiple doctors and when entering scanned documents it would be helpful to see the Doctor's name.

I would like to be able add the doctor's name into the Patient field while in DOCUMENTS mode. We have multiple doctors and when entering scanned documents it would be helpful to see the Doctor's name. Also we have both EMR and paper chart patients and I was wondering if we could add two check boxes into the Patient Demographics tab called "EMR" and "Chart" to see more easily which one they are. Also, this should be available to add to Patient field while in DOCUMENTS mode. Thank you!
