Change phone number labels to Primary/Secondary, etc.

I wish the phone number sections would be listed as primary and secondary vs home and cell. The majority of people now have cell phones.

Easier for form building and contacting patients.

    This needs to be implemented. For forms you need to go in and edit the patients contact info so the number that they should be contacted is the "home" number for it to auto-populate the correct number.

    this needs to happen ASAP. Our pts are children. Not a good flow.
