Save Generated Letter to Virtual Chart w/o fax coverpage or attachments

It would be nice to have a formal copy of any generated letter in the pt Virtual Chart to access later on, that did not include all the extra's that originally went with it.  Just a nice copy of the note/letter, on the letter head with appropriate header/footer, which can be attached to other documents later when requested.  If a document is requested after the fact, currently you can only send it with all original coverpages and attachments, or as the unfinished note that lacks any pt identifying headers/letterhead.

If you do need a way to remove specific pages from an outgoing fax for now, you can choose which pages to send.

For example, if you are faxing a Generated Letter that was already saved to the Virtual Chart with cover sheet and attachments, click the blue page button "Select which pages to fax" in the Fax Recipients window and you can drag and drop the pages you do not want to include out into the Remove Pages column.
