Hello,
I have created a separate submission for this request: https://ideas.qhrtech.com/ideas/ACC-I-7747
Please vote and add any additional information there.
In the future please create separate submissions for each feature request.
From the home section, with the patient loaded, you can use the hotkey F4 to bring up the 'Quick Patient Appointments View' window. This displays the patient's appointment history, past, present and future.
There is an existing submission for Lab/Dictation annotations, here: https://ideas.qhrtech.com/ideas/ACC-I-5969
Please vote and add any additional information there.
If there is a different area of the program where you feel annotations would be a valuable addition, please create a separate submission.
In the Template Wizard (Accuro Menu > Search: Template Wizard), you can use use 'tags' to prepopulate notes with Patient Information, Medical History, Office/Appointment information, etc. You can build sentences around these tags to generate complete letters easily and efficiently with each patient visit.
For example, to add a tag to pre-populate a patient's name:
Template Wizard > Choose template > Right-click within the note body > Patient > Patient First name
For assistance with this feature, please contact the service desk at 1-866-729-8889; a Client Services Analyst would be happy to walk you through the steps.
If the specialist information has been recorded in the address book, then there is an advanced search option that will allow you to search that way.
With the Address Book loaded, navigate to the Provider tab, then click on the <Manage Providers> button. This will launch a new window called 'Provider Search'. On the right-hand side of the window, you will see the Advanced Search fields, which allow you to filter your search by Speciality, Type, City, and/or Province.
Thank you!
