Auto create a bill when a form is added to a chart Merged

It would be so helpful for some forms to have a bill automatically be created when the form is added to the EMR. We have some forms that patients require the doctor to complete for them that have a set cost. If the doctors could add the form and complete it during the appointment and the bill be automatically created for the patient, it would save so much confusion when the patient comes to the front desk on their way out and the admin staff have to figure out which code to bill. It would also save us a ton of time and follow up for patients that come out and don't mention they may have something to pay for...
