Changing [him|her] and Other Gender Pronoun Clickable Words Simultaneously Merged

It would be nice if all [he|she] clickable words were linked within a template/note so that by highlighting and choosing the first [he|she] it updated all subsequent gender pronouns.

For example:

XXXX would like [his|her] prescription sent to XXX where [he|she] will pick it up. Please remind [him|her] of [his|her] next appointment time.

By choosing "would like her ...." the template/note would automatically change the rest to --> she will pick.... --> remind her .... --> her next appointment .... without having to click through each one individually.

Another option would be to have a button at the top of the the template/note that you could click and it would update the pronoun clickable words according to the gender that was selected.

Good news, this already exists.  Instead of building the template with clickable words, build it with all male pronouns.  There is a button at the bottom of the window "M > F" which will switch all of the pronouns at once.
