Clinic note - restore the prior version

There are several versions of consult note for the same patient. Sometimes, I wanted to use the prior version, i.e. undo the changes after prior version. But found that I can not restore the prior version from audit log.   I believe this function is very helpful.

You can find and restore previous versions of Clinical Notes from the note itself on the patient chart.

    1. Open the Clinical Note that you wish to restore a previous version for

    2. Select the Tools menu at the top of the Clinical Note window

    3. Hover over 'Previous Versions'

    4. Click onto the version you'd like to view

    5. This opens a second clinical note in another window with all the information that was saved in the note at that time

    6. Highlight the contents of the note (this can be easily done with the shortcut CTRL + A to select all)

    7. Then either right click to Copy or use CTRL + C

    8. Close the new window that opened, and go back to the current version of your Clinical Note to paste the previous text. Right click > Paste, or CTRL + V
