Open as New - revert to original note if form cleared inadvertently

When using the Right Click > Open as New option on a form in the Encounter Notes, the user is prompted to clear the form. 

 

In the event that the user accidentally clicked 'yes' to clear the form when they did not mean to and does not notice - then continues to add data to the form, the only option is to copy and paste the old values from the old form. 

 

It would be nice if there was an "are you sure" prompt when clearing the form. Or even a user preference to either always clear, or always not.
