It would be extremely useful to be able to print out a patient's immunization record with the dates they were given.

Parents ask for this all the time.

    When Immunizations are administered through the built in Medical History Bands, select the Edit button (Pencil) on either the Immunization Summary or Immunization Schedule History Bands.

    This opens the Patient Immunization Schedule window and lists all vaccines administered to the patient that were recorded in Accuro.

    Click the "Print" button to generate a print out of the Immunization Schedule for the patient.

    The print out includes:

    • Patient demographic details such as name, health card and date of birth

    • A summary of the schedule of immunizations for the patient

    • Details of the immunizations administered including: Date, DIN, Lot, Site, Route and Administered by

    There should be a clearer and more organized immunization prinout, similar to what PS Suites has (See attached)
