Better functioning cut and paste function in Accuro (outside scheduler)

I often use the same phraseology for various faxes or when filing documents.  For example:  "Please find new standing order attached" for a fax -- sometimes the Control C works, but often it does not.  It will recall something I've copied previously and insert that instead.  This would be very helpful, as we often have to fax the same requisition to Life labs multiple times (or they say they haven't received it and then send the patient away). Thanks!
