MOH is now only sending remittance advice (RAI) inquiries back via MCEDT. If an RAI is submitted and MOH requires more info, the response now goes to MCEDT website rather than being mailed out. As a billing agent, i bill for almost 40 doctors and if these pdf's are not pulled into Accuro then I have to check MCEDT monthly for every doc. This is a time consuming process. I would like to see these pdf's pulled into Accuro on the unmatched remittances tab or other tab.
