when you are billing separately a patient, the cursor should be where you type the name of the patient; this was the case until a few months ago, but most recently you need to mouse for name after you use CTRL-B for billing.
Thank you for your Idea, you are correct and this functionality used to exist but currently when you add a new bill for a patient in Accuro the cursor does not default to the Patient Search field.
We have been investigating this issue and a resolution will be available in an update very soon.
A fix for this issue was released in build version 2017.30.3, spring 2020.
Another example is when going to create/modify a User Message or Global Message for a patient, I press F7 and then double click User Message (or Global Message). The window pops up but then I have to click again in the textbox to enter the message. It would be easier if the cursor was already ready in the textbox. Thanks, Jordan
