Automatic update of referring doctor database shared among all users in same province

As a consultant physician, I receive referrals from new referring physicians routinely. Obviously they are licensed in my province (BC), and surely other physicians would have received referrals from the same physician before...so why do I need to re-enter all their information simply because they haven't referred to me before. It seems incredibly redundant and a constant re-inventing of the wheel. Better yet, why isn't a college list of active physicians simply updated in Accuro to be shared by all users in the same province?
