OLIS search should be available in the Lab Inbox

Physicians are getting notifications their patients had COVID tests, in order to pull in the results, they either have to flip from the LAB inbox to the EMR encounters tab to pull in the results without having to re-enter the patient name OR they need to put the Configuration "Query OLIS labs, but using this feature they need to select the correct patient.

Neither version is efficient.

If they are in the lab inbox and want to pull in more labs for that particular patient can we eliminate the multiple steps.
