Searching by specialty in the provider tab is only functional if all the specialties are entered exactly the same way for every provider. In our case, hundreds. I agree that it would be of great benefit to have the provincial College upload the data somehow.

I think this would be great if all providers auto updated by the college of physician or province.

Hello,
While specialty cannot be searched for directly within the Address Book, if you click the <Manage Providers> button in the provider tab, you will be taken to a separate provider search window. There is an Advanced Search section here that will allow you to search by specialty.
