Remove pages from an outgoing document to reduce clutter Merged

When a user generates a letter from the encounter more field, eg. a referral letter, and then wants to attach multiple documents to it, the blue icon that allows you to remove unwanted pages should be available. Currently if you fax multiple documents from the virtual chart field, the blue icon allows you to remove pages. The only way to access this feature now is to first generate your letter, print it rather than faxing it so you can get it to appear in the virtual chart, then going to select it for fax and add attachments. Faxing does have a page cost for those using an efax service so limiting pages to those needed is great. Also those receiving the fax don’t want clutter like previous fax covers.
