Delete pages from attachments to outgoing faxes

when attaching documents from a chart to  be included with an outgoing fax previous generated cover pages are included, this can be messy when only the specific document needs to be attached and confusing when there are other coverpages interspersed in the fax

When faxing out of the Virtual Chart after selecting multiple items, right click to choose 'Fax'. In the Recipients window that displays there is a button to select which pages to fax.

    (See attached image below)

When selecting this button, all pages of the fax are visible and you can drag and drop the pages you do not wish to include in the faxed out document from the "Selected Pages" over to "Remove Pages".

This button is not available when faxing through a Generated Letter. However, there is a modified workflow to do this for a letter:

    1. Generate a letter, select your recipient and add all attachments

    2. Check the box 'Save to Chart as PDF'

    3. Click 'Send Letter'

    4. Uncheck the print or fax checkboxes, if they are selected

    5. If this is a referral letter, check the box in the recipient window here

    6. Click 'Send' this only saves the letter to the chart

    7. From the Virtual Chart, right click on the Generated Letter you just saved and choose 'Fax'

    8. You can now use the select pages fax button to remove any pages you do not wish to fax
