Transferring current and FUTURE Dated Tasks to New users

For example, if you have a new medical secretary starting work at your office, we should be able to transfer all current and future tasks/messages to the new staff member. Instead of having to go through every task and individually transfer tasks over. This way we can ensure that nothing falls through the cracks, because many secretaries are responsible for admin duties, outside just calling and scheduling.

    Admin response

    A System Admin can re-assign all incomplete tasks from one user to another.

    In the Accuro Menu > Users > Re-Assign Tasks > choose the From and To Users and range of due dates. Then click the Reassign button.
