Documents: Description - Include Filename Check Box

This checkbox would be better placed where it is not in the middle of the work flow or close to the annotation box. Our clinic does not use this for the documents we file. Sometimes, the check box accidentally gets clicked and file names end up on our documents.


I feel that this autogenerated file number is a feature that clinics will either use all the time or not use at all. I couldn't really picture an instance where clinics would want a file number for some of their files but not others. If you find that to be the case (that clinics either always use it or never use it), maybe it could be moved to the clinic setting screen or User Preferences. Otherwise it could move out of the work flow area -even beside Batch Mode. Batch Mode does not seem to be clicked off accidentally.
