Forms with option to input letterhead

It would be nice to allow forms to have a letterhead placed at the top as a dynamic field (similar to generating faxed letters) so that if ever my address, phone number, etc are updated, I do not need to manually update all Forms that may be affected. As it is currently, the letterhead has to be embedded in the Form and thus there is no easy way to modify it without recreated the whole Form. A work around is to load an image, but this could be simplified if there was an option to just pull in the letterhead image that is already in the system.
