Enable the ability to send generated letters via Healthmail/ Email directly from the Generate Letter Window

It would be useful to have a Healthmail/Email button available when generating a letter.

Currently, there are buttons to Print, Add to Letter Queue ect. but in order to send the generated letter as an attachment in a healthmail message you need to Print to save it and then send it as an attachment either from the virtual chart or Healthmail.

In addition to this, there is no way to currently email a generated letter directly from this window. Having a button in this window would greatly reduce time spent saving items, exporting them externally to send via email/ attach items from the virtual chart in Healthmail messages.
