Allow Hospital Report Folder to show sub-type and description

When a file is received in the Hospital Report folder. It is only highlighted as a "Medical Records" or "Diagnostic Imaging"


The sub-type of the file is not visible in the Hospital report folder. This is appropriately done in the lab documents folder so it seems like it can be easily be added into the Hospital reports folder.


This will allow one to quickly sort the information. For example I am a cardiologist and it is important to know if the "Medical Records" is a consultation, discharge summary or cath report.


Similarly it is important to quickly scan and know if the "Diagnostic Imaging" is an ECG, CT scan.


Currently I can only know what I am looking at by opening the entire file.
