Create a way to save a generated letter to the virtual chart without having to print or fax it.

I create sick notes, physio referrals etc. by generating a letter from a note and addressing it To Whom It May Concern. In order to save it to the virtual chart chart so that I can then healthmail it to a patient I have to print it - a redundant wasteful step.

As a work around, we created 'forms' with our letterhead and text area for the physician to type, then it can be printed, faxed or just closed and sent to patient via Medeo

absolutely agree - would like to be able to write a note and generate with the letter head and appropriate letter components to then just save to the chart (in colour) to email to the patient
