to whom notes should go

the program should automatically suggest other practitioners with whom i might want to share my note.

for example w breast cancer pts there are often multiple people involved.

before sending any note the program should tell me who else has been involved in the care and to whom i might want to send the note.

perhaps by filtering to those i have already sent notes to, or those who have sent me a note

saves me from going back in the chart and digging
