Increase file size limit for attachments in Healthmail

When attaching a document to a Healthmail message, the current size limit is 5MB. That limit was acceptable many years ago but PDFs now are commonly larger than 5MB due to scanners having a much better resolution. Please increase the file size to at least 25MB so that users don't need to extract and shrink PDFs just so they can be attached to Healthmail messages. Thank you.

    this would be wonderful! We send educational materials to patients and normally can’t send due to the size.
