Ability to fax day sheet from Scheduler.

When you print selected appointments from the scheduler it only gives you the option to print or save. The ability to fax it would be helpful as we need to send it to the hospital for the day sheet. At present we have to print to pdf and either email (which isn't ideal) or upload as a scanned document and then fax - too many steps!
