Accuro 1 -all in one wingow create letter, add reciepients (GP, and referring automatic), billing all one screen

So my idea is something called to "Accuro 1" essentially it would be a all-in -one window where you can create your letter (clinic note) and on the left side there be tabs similar to how it is now now, where you can cc the referring doctor but the family doctor should be auto populated as well. In addition it should include common billing codes and thus have everything one screen. At the you should be able to click a single button (like a big green arrow) where it will generate the fax, and finish billing all at once rather than trying to add the family physician and then go in a separate screen to do billing so than when you are done with the patient, you are essentially just done.
