Note Field in Interfaced Labs and DI; INCLUDE in fax

The Notes field in the Home section for labs and reports that are recieved via an interface are visible while in the EMR but these same notes do NOT flow through onto faxes.

Physicians (or office staff) need to then to re-enter the comment (or copy and paste) onto the fax coversheet. With the HOPE that the receiving end actually looks at the fax coversheet for the comments.
