Show the billing location in the billing tab

Since billing location can auto-populate according to the provider default, but is not incorporated into the macros for the appointment types, location needs to changed for certain types of appointments (ex surgery vs clinic). Sometimes it can be difficult to keep track of, so being able to see the location on a claim in the main billing tab, without opening it would be helpful and time saving
