Remove pop-up for Default Location change when set in Manage Procedures

Currently customers have the option of setting a default location for a procedure code by: Billing > Options > Manage Procedures > Enter Code > Search > Select > Choose Location > Update > Yes This is great, but if the providers have a default location set for new bills, then you get a pop-up in the claim asking if you would like to change the default location. You have already taken the steps to update the procedure code with the default location, this prompt is just adding another mouse click to the billing process and should really not come up at all.
