To be able to rearrange the order of the forms in the form in the editor and to be able to rearrange the categories

so form can listed base on most used.

    I completely agree. The user should be able to have full control over the category names and where the forms appear without having to use an asterisk or an empty space. Also, it would be nice for a pop up to appear when a form/requisition is generated prompting the user to give it a different name if applicable.

    To get around this and have the ones that we use the most at the top, we put an asterix in front of the name on the form. Ex: *Life Labs Req
