Enhancement

Recently there was release note (May 31, 2023) for:


Improved Encounter Notes Readability
An update has been made to the spacing of existing encounter notes and forms in the Encounter Notes tab to improve readability.


However this new spacing is quite large and therefore more scrolling is required to see more documents in this section.


Please change back to previous spacing. Thank you.

    the new spacing is terrible, especially for charts with many entries, there should be an option to chose which spacing you would prefer.
