Setting the default recipient provider when generating letter

Currently the default letter recipient is the referring MD, (also in the Recfullname field used to build letteheads) but many times the recipient should be the Family Physician or some other provider. When generating a letter, I have to change the "To" recipient from the referring MD to the FP manually every time. It would be nice to redefine "RecFullName" to default to the FP or some other provider of choice to save time with each letter generated.
