Add "authorized by" and "prescribed by" as a feature to display on the prescription when printed or faxed

What is the purpose of having these fields to choose if they don't show up anywhere? As a pharmacist working in a health team, I need to be able to write prescriptions and be able to state if it was a verbal order from a physician or as a medical directive in our clinic or if I am actually the prescriber. This is important because it then indicates to the retail pharmacist who the prescriber is to include on the patient's prescription label and who to contact for refill requests.
