Many physicians are salary based and not fee for service - as a result, clinics/offices are required to generate reports capturing data such as number of visits by health service code for a provider within the fiscal year (i.e. inpatient vs. outptient consults 03.08 or number of clinic visits 03.03/03.07/03.08 within a date range). Our clinic books appts in the hospital scheduling system (PHS) and some of these appointments are uploaded to Accuro scheduler via PHS interface (but not all clinc appointments transfer i.e. multidisciplinary clinics) and so to capture full visit data one would have to query the billing data not the scheduler/appointment data - hence your query builder does not work for us. The current standardized billing reports available in Accuro do not distinguish between inpt vs outpt either.
