Screen Layout and Usability

I’d like to provide some feedback regarding the current screen layout and functionality.

The screen size is quite limited, making it difficult to view and interact with the content effectively. A significant portion of the interface, especially in the notes section, is occupied by a large blue area that doesn't serve a functional purpose and reduces the available space for entering or reviewing information.

Additionally, there is currently no option to enlarge or maximize key documents such as forms, lab results, and requisitions. Having the ability to expand these views would greatly enhance usability and workflow efficiency.

I would appreciate it if you could consider implementing features that allow for adjustable or full-screen views of critical sections.
