Header too large in Outstanding Requisitions, referrals and orders section

Please shorten the header in the Outstanding Requisitions, Referrals, and Orders window. Since the update the section where we can select the the orders and such, takes up almost a third of the screen limiting the viewing section of the columns. The selection boxes for the pulldowns are huge.

    AGREE WITH THIS 100%. Huge unnecessary areas limit amount of chart that can be reviewed. So much real estate given up to headers and buttons.
