It would be helpful to have reporting tools in the Admin Center for user management. We have implemented a 90 day inactivity deactivation process (inactive for 90 days are deactivated). We are having an issue with the in Accuro Active User Report not giving accurate log in details. 1. users must log in and LOAD accuro to have log in activity. 2. There is no creation date for the never logged in users. This makes it difficult to determine how long the account is inactive.
The Admin Center User section gives us the info we need (created at and last activity). Its also activated with simple log in to keep account active. Users wouldnt have to load Accuro from a remote location and possibly risk protection of Patient information.
