I had the same problem. Accuro said this was a known issue and the current workaround was to minimize the "History" portion of the window at the bottom (via the triangle at right side of window on same line as "History" heading) then go to bottom of entire "Claims Details" window and drag window bottom frame downwards to resize and then multiple Procedure Code lines should now be displayed.
yes in Manitoba it’s the same and I often find myself duplicating number when entering as you can see more that 2 and you can expand it. Please readjust it to be able to see more codes when entering
