Extra Items to Cusotmize Day Sheet

I would like to suggest the addition of customizable fields within the Day Sheet reports. Specifically, the ability to include additional items such as the contact information of the referring or family physician would be highly valuable.

This enhancement would be particularly useful when day sheets are printed or shared with the clinical team. In urgent situations where timely communication with a patient’s care providers is required, having this information readily available would significantly improve efficiency and coordination of care.
