Customizable Task List Columns and Layout

The Task window is a primary workspace for many administrative and clinical users, but the current layout offers limited customization.

Please allow users to choose which columns are displayed, reorder all columns, resize them freely, and save the layout as a personal preference. An “Assigned To” column should also be available so users can immediately see whether a task is assigned directly to them, to another user, or to a role or group.

The Notes column contains the actual task details, yet it is positioned at the end of the row and remains too narrow to read effectively. Although it can sometimes be expanded, the size does not reliably remain after changing screens.

Users who work from the Task window throughout the day need to see the information that matters most without repeatedly opening individual tasks. A persistent, customizable layout would reduce clicks, improve scanning, and make task queues significantly easier to manage.
